Every Monday and Thursday at 6pm Papa Guru (Nicolay Del Salto) will take you on a yoga journey within you that is different every time. Papa Guru connects to your energy and he reaches within his toolbox to provide just the right Yoga Flow. We have just added Tuesdays 6pm at Maurice A Ferre Park.
