Join us at Urenergy Yoga for our Prenatal Yoga Workshop, specifically designed to support expectant mothers during pregnancy. This gentle practice helps improve physical and emotional well-being, while also preparing soon-to-be moms for labor and delivery. After this workshop, you'll have the tools to continue practicing at home, although we do recommend consulting your physician before starting any new exercise routine.
